Weston Town Council
Weston Town Council was established in 2000 as the only democratically elected body which exclusively represents the town and is entirely independent of North Somerset Council. In legal terms it is the ‘parish’ council for the town with 31 councillors, who take no allowances and are elected every four years. The services the Town Council provides include play areas, bus shelters, the Milton Road Cemetery, the Blakehay Theatre, and Weston Museum. The Town Council also commissions youth services including the Youth Cafe from the YMCA and operates six sets of allotments through the Allotment Club. Weston Rotary Club
A registered charity that supports many community activities and charities and provides excellent stewarding services at the Weston super food Festival. Visit our Coconut Shy and help us raise funds to support the Salvation Army Food Parcel Scheme. The Food Parcels are distributed to anyone in need without the requirement for an assessment or referral.
Pappadoms is a popular local takeaway offering authentic Indian cuisine, and is a past winner of the Weston super Food Awards. They now sponsor the trophies at these important local awards which recognise quality and excellence in a number of different categories of food businesses.

Walker and Ling
Walker & Ling is a family-run, independent department store on Weston-super-Mare’s busy high street. Our Weston store has helped dress Weston-super-Mare’s finest for over 100 years; founded in 1893 in Bath, the store is still run by the Walker family today. We currently stock Menswear, Womenswear, including Dash and Eastex, Lingerie, Accessories, Cookshop, Linens and Haberdashery.
Love Weston
Love Weston is the official destination organisation and award winning website for promoting tourism to Weston-super-Mare. Funded by Weston-super-Mare Town Council it is run by a small, dedicated team who promote the resort via the website, social media and attending shows and events across the country. The team also support local tourism businesses with training and business support and engage with the local community, schools, colleges and universities through events, lectures and networking
Plowright Organic
Plowright Organic is a small, family run, organic vegetable farm on the Quantock hills, near Bridgwater in Somerset. We offer a range of veg boxes, as well as 100% customer bespoke boxes. Standard boxes start from £9.70 and the minimum order for bespoke boxes is £12.50. From June to April all the vegetables in our boxes are homegrown. In April and May we supplement our own crops as locally as possible. Soil Association certified 100% organic.
A1 Camera Club
A1 Camera Club have kindly offered their support by acting as the festival’s official photographers.
They are a friendly local photographic club based in Weston-super-Mare, running since the early 1980’s and currently meeting every Tuesday between September and June at 7:30pm in St Georges Community Centre, St Georges, Weston-super-Mare.
Their members share a common interest in photography in its many different forms and disciplines with members of all ages and abilities.
Their aim is to provide a welcoming, friendly and sociable environment where they can all learn, improve and practice their photographic skills. They do this by offering a varied programme of talks, practical workshops, photographic competitions and outside visits. They have worked with Weston-super-Mare Town Museum on various projects including a ‘then and now project’ and have held successful exhibitions in the town.

Gilly’s on the Hill
Based in Nailsea West End, Gilly’s on the Hill is a family run traditional Bistro that is passionate about locally sourced and freshly prepared food.
